Corporate Cannibalism
Hey readers!
Modern man seemed to have no connection with his own past..thanks to evolution. Perhaps, his character has not changed much.If you look at the stories even before history started taking notes, we have heard of Cain killing Abel as Lord was pleased with Able. This the basis of what I call as "Corporate Cannibalism". Corporate Cannibalism is a man eating another man's growth with the desire to sustain his own growth in the company. Come on, you know what that means if you have worked in a company that has more than 1 employee. Human beings always had the urge to dominate the environment.Go out and take a look at the lane. Except for the sky, all that you see survives only because man allowed it to be..Man is in supreme control of his world. The urge to be the "fittest" is inherent. Does this justify the very nature of man to cannibalise his own species in corporate jungle?
Are we supposed to accept this as a very "nature" of human beings or find ways to kill this and evolve as a "corporate vegetarian"?.
Is that true that that the choice is always this -you eat or be eaten?. Throw your thoughts and share your experience. Let's hear them!.

Well, i agree with you on some of your points Kris, but more than corporate cannibalism, i guess its Survival of the fittest. Well, in the race against time towards success isnt it natural for someone to race faster to reach there before his collegue?
i dont see anything wrong in that.

Thank you for your contribution.
"Survival of the fittest" - I totally agree with this. If a mix of highly talented and not-so-talented people work together, Not-so-talented obviously looks at highly-talented as their threat to survival (growth) and adopt techniques outside the boundaries of healthy competition. Have you ever seen a colleague doing an extra favor for his boss and gets promoted while there is another guy sincere to his own job stays where he is?. What's your idea about this?
How long will the earth see Abels die because of Cains??. The strategy of "either Win or Kill" is for not the right strategy for development.
your thoughts??
